Broadview recently installed a set of Habitat vertical sliding glass screens on a terrace in Brighton.

Because the client’s house was facing the sea, it was often exposed to high winds. This made it too cold and windy to relax on the terrace most days. The toughened glass screens would provide protection from the weather, allowing the homeowners to stay dry and warm without blocking their view of the sea.

Thanks to the flexibility of their design, the screens could be precisely controlled to provide the right amount of wind protection. They could be raised to shield the terrace during high winds, and lowered in milder weather to allow for a pleasant sea breeze.
